Web &
App Development

Every build starts from your actual requirements - not a theme someone else picked. We scope it, spec it, and ship a site or app that does precisely what your business needs it to do.

What is included: Web & App Development

Custom websites

Marketing sites, portfolios, and landing pages built from scratch - fast, accessible, and search-ready from day one.

Web applications

Dashboards, portals, internal tools, and customer-facing apps with real back ends, not fake demos.

E-commerce

Stores on stacks you own - product management, payments, shipping, and the unglamorous operational pieces done right.

Built to last

Standardized code, documented decisions, no mystery dependencies - so the next person who touches it is not lost.

How a project actually runs

Most projects follow the same arc, and knowing it up front removes most of the anxiety. The shape is predictable even when the details are not.

  • Scoping. We talk through what the thing needs to do, who uses it, and what happens when it succeeds. This is where the real decisions get made, and it is the step worth slowing down for.
  • Spec. You get a written description of what will be built, what it will cost, and what is deliberately out of scope. No surprises later, because the boundary was drawn first.
  • Build. We work in reviewable pieces rather than disappearing for three months. You see progress on a real URL as it happens.
  • Launch. Deployment, redirects, monitoring, and a walkthrough so you know how to operate what you now own.
  • Support. Fixes and questions are part of the deal. We do not vanish the day after go-live.

Who this is for

We work across the whole range, and the standard does not change with the size of the client. A single-location shop and a company with a thousand employees both get scoped, spec-built work. What changes is the scope, not the care.

The projects that fit us best are the ones where the website is supposed to do something - take bookings, process orders, run a workflow, replace a spreadsheet. If your site is purely a brochure, a good template may genuinely serve you better, and we will say so.

What it costs, and why we will not quote blind

A number without a reason is a guess. We price per project and show the reasoning, so you can see what drives the total and where you could reduce scope if the budget demands it.

The largest variable is almost never the number of pages. It is behavior: anything that takes input, validates it, stores it, and acts on it later. A ten-page brochure site is a smaller job than a three-page site with accounts and payments. Knowing that helps you compare quotes from anyone, not just us.

What you own when we are done

You own the code, the domain, and the hosting accounts. Everything is set up in accounts under your name from the start, which means you are never held hostage by a vendor, including us.

You also get documentation of the decisions that were made and why. That matters more than it sounds: the most expensive part of inheriting a project is guessing at the reasoning of whoever built it.

Common questions

Do you use templates?

No. Every project is scoped and built to spec. If a theme genuinely fits your needs, we will say so - but the default is custom.

What stacks do you work in?

Modern React and Vite front ends, Node and Cloudflare back ends, and the right tool for the job - including WordPress or legacy platforms when they are genuinely the right fit.

What does a typical timeline look like?

Marketing sites usually run a few weeks; apps run longer and scale with scope. Your spec carries a milestone list, and if a date starts to move we tell you then, not at the deadline.

Can you work with our existing designer or developer?

Yes. We have joined projects mid-stream, taken over from departing contractors, and worked alongside in-house teams. We will tell you honestly if a handoff is more trouble than a rebuild.

Do you host it?

We can, but the accounts are yours either way. Many clients host on Cloudflare Pages and keep us on for changes; others take the keys and run it themselves. Both are fine.
